Only been for meetings but the public areas are comfortable and clean. The service is good and the staff are friendly and very pleasant.

Horrific customer service. Booked and paid 2months in advance to stay in this hotel to attend an event AT this hotel. The event got cancelled yet I am unable to get my money back? the event is a month away. I didn't cancel yet I still can't get my money back? So I have to stay in this hotel with no event? A 140 mile round trip for nothing! Each time I call they pass me on to different people, I had 4 promised call back and the only 1 person that did call me back was the manager "Sam" he only called to say "the company policy states no refunds if you have paid in advance" so basically if I'd of reserved the room and not paid I could cancel up to 2pm the day before but because I paid in full I can't cancel! They don't care that the event at their hotel has cancelled so we would be coming for nothing. Was going to book jury's inn Dublin in Jan so glad I now know how rubbish they are. Would not recommend to any1 or use them again

Comfortable room, but not ready by 3.15 despite being told at time of booking would be ready no later than 2pm.
Ceiling paint badly pealing in bathroom.
Drinks expensive in bar £4+ a pint.

Beds are wonderfully comfortable, although duvets are a touch small. Most of the staff are very friendly. Breakfast bar has good variety, but bowls often feel like there is residue. Dinner menu could use more variety, and in some cases bigger portions. But food is good. Complimentary shampoos and shower gel in room are a bit thin and require much more per wash than my usual product. Pool is lovely and warm, hot tub is nice bonus. Gym is ample enough to have most of my preferred equipment. No air conditioning means the room was a bit uncomfortable during warmer days. We've learned afterward that although not included in the room, a mini-fridge could be requested, making a longer-term stay more convenient. Would stay here again!

Hard to get to as we drove through a housing estate where lots of ladies were fetching their children from school. My car shook from the really high speed mountains as I drove at 18mph in the hope that my springs would last the journey. However, when we arrived the hotel was a haven of peace. Turned out that the usual road was closed and we were diverted around town. Rooms were high quality and spotlessly clean. Complete with TV and a full set of all freebies channels. Dinner was great with top quality steaks, mushrooms to die for, complete with chips, onion rings and tomatoes after a tasty soup. Too full for a sweet, we settled for a large coffee with hot milk. After an enjoyable dinner, it was off to a comfortable bed with my Google alarm set for 6: 45 start. Breakfast was as good as the dinner. Will stay there again next time I am in town. It look a bit like Crossroads Hotel that used to be on TV when I was young. Great place.
