Thank you TRAVELLODGE CHELTENHAM for your excellent service & for making us feel so welcome. From carrying our luggage up to sorting out rooms so family could be together. I have stayed at various Travel lodges but yours IS THE BEST. Thank you from me, the grooms mother & the rest of family & friends that stayed with you for my son IAN RICHARDS & his beautiful bride LAURA PETTIGREW'S wedding :) :)

What should off been a cheap room for the night end up just as dear as the hotel over the road. Be aware that the car park charges £5.00 per day. Don't know why they charge as there is no town centre near by. The family room was not very nice, beds were very uncomfortable, the lock was missing off the bathroom door, but apart from that not too bad a stay.

Paid around £40 for an overnight stay on the Friday. Rooms are what you would expect. Clean and tidy, but basic. Kettle with tea and coffee is provided in the room and there are irons and other small appliances that are available from reception. Parking is £5 per day. Staff at this travelodge were very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money and would stay there again.

Nice atmosphere and staff were friendly but not getting served quick enough took two and a half hrs to eat meal table for 6 had 6 mains and 3 puddings too long

Good location; easy access to places of interest. Right by the road for easy travel, but still quiet in the room. Great that there's KFC & Harvester right next door.
Staff were friendly & helpful.
Beds very uncomfortable; main bed mattress too hard, able to feel the springs of the spare bed as well as hearing them creaking & popping.
Shower did the job, although a little annoying in the heatwave as, when set to cold, it pulsed cold & hot.
