This is a truest great place to train. The coaches are great, they give great advice and are always willing to help improve your strengths and weaknesses. The atmosphere in the box is great, everyone is so friendly and all work as a team to encourage everyone. The events held at this box are a great thing to take part in.

Crossfit Cheltenham offers a great place to work out with some great members. The coaches are highly skilled and experienced and are always on hand to offer assistance with Crossfit movements and training advice no matter what ability.
Since becoming a member in 2015 I have noticed a vast amount of skill and strength progression with my training and I am looking forward to competing for the club in the near future.
I would recommend anyone to come along to a taster session, meet the team and try out some movements, you'll never look back!
