Staff are always pleasant and helpful. The building is clean and accessible, wheelchair friendly too. Parking adjacent, which is free. Great location being out of town and near supermarkets and lots of other shops, so you can combine banking and shopping.
Only downside is it is used by lots of businesses, so sometimes you may have to join a long queue, however staff do all within their power to keep this to a minimum.
It also has an outside cash point.
