Team are very helpful despite being quite busy at times. Regardless, they have been able to service my fussy needs. One example is on a busy Saturday, the bike guy spent around 2 hours or more with me helping me try different kit to the bike (most of which I didn't go for in the end) but they were very happy help. Some stock is limited so if you know what you want, worth checking online before making the trip. I definitely will use them often as a local store.
