Ordered a texas bbq on italian base it came with just bacon and burnt bbq sauce grsnted we ordered late but thats not an excuse to send out crappy food. The cookies however were lovely and it was delivered quickly so hence the two stars rather than one

Appalling service! Was debited £20 too much from my bank account. When this was raised, I was credited with a family feast deal and additional pizza which I was grateful for. However when this was ordered, after waiting for almost two hours, it was established that it had been sent to the wrong address. A new pizza was sent out and the manager explained that the person taking the order was new and had been sent home from his shift early and that for the inconvenience caused a further credit would be added to my account.

I have just called to place an order and spoke to the manager, Ali. What an incredibly rude man he is. No manners whatsoever. Would not let me finish my sentence. Difficult to understand at the best of times due to mumbling and talking 100 mph. Denied any of the above. Then to show his maturity, he calls back to say I am no longer allowed to order from his store.

I suggest taking some lessons in elocution, business lessons as well as customer service skills! All errors have been the fault of dominos not the customer!
