OMG!!!! That was the worst place ever!!! The service was slow and when my Nan's chicken salad arrived it was under cooked! The chicken not salad. The music was so loud that you couldn't hear the women let alone each other. Not only was the service bad the women serving use was not very nice. Me and my Nan are not from England. As soon as we sat down we felt very uncomfortable as our waitress ignored use. She smiled at everyone except use. To get her attention we had to stop her whilst she pointlessly went up and down. She went so far as to ask another waitress to serve use. She must have assumed that we don't speak English as she discussed use with her fellow waitress. I am disgusted with that place. Never going again!!!!!!

Who doesn't love Frankie and Bennies? Staff are great. Only improvement would be the wait time for the bill but it's just not feasible unless they have more staff which will cost more money. It would be great if they could automate this facility on the app?!?! It's the future!
