Great Store with good service! Regular evenings to meet Authors, massive book selection and some games, knowledgeable staff, two entrances, in town centre!

Really good book shop. Well stocked and they will order in a book if it's not there already. Though recently an order has been rather slow to come, which is why I'm giving 4 stars.

Had a brilliant experience today, In the Colchester branch, very helpful... I didn't even know water stones had a reward system until today, I now have reward card. This shop has restored my faith in retail. I will not be buying a kindle,
