Excellent service. Purchased a hybrid set of webbing, completely customer fitted to me. Was told a 15 day turn around, was ready in 2! More recently dropped the webbing back to get two storm hoods fitted onto a couple of the utility pouches, again ready well ahead of schedule. Webbing has been put through several range days, infantry training weekends and has had no problems at all. Highly recommended.

Just purchased the dragon patrol pack, over the moon with it. Amazing bit of kit and the customer service was exceptional, will definitely be recommending to friends and returning back

Excellent service, didn't have the boots I wanted at the time but ordered them in the next day. Even offered to service a webbing set I brought years ago. Helpful friendly staff with a wide range of expertise.

Being deployed I ordered a pair of boots online on the 22 Jan. Shortly after that I needed to change my order and did so via email. I received confirmation of the change and also the VAT Refund and the price difference. On the 5 Feb the boots arrived. Top service and very happy.
