Was looking for a bike for my granddaughter a man was very helpful didn't catch his name but got a few down from rack for us to try and was full.of information about the bikes :)

Shop is fine, lots of products for children of all ages. However each time I've been its like walking into a nightclub the music is so loud, and totally inappropriate music for a child's shop. I can't think straight so end up leaving and heading of to Argos or B and M's. No idea why they thinks that's good for business.

Went in with my daughter to buy a Xbox. Two shop assistants, Frances and Bobbie could not have been more patient, knowledgeable or helpful. I find the staff in the store to be friendly, engaging and fully conversant with the products. a credit to the manager Dan. Thank you
