Good hotel full of character with friendly staff and good food. The rooms are a little tired but were clean and comfortable. The building itself is old and creaks but my sleep wasn't disturbed.

Excellent staff. Room was lovely. Very reasonably priced. Not far from town and shops. Would definately recommend and stay there again.

Room was fairly clean, although there was still rubbish from the previous occupants there. Overnight reception staff were friendly enough. Suitable for overnight stays.

The hotel was clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also are breakfast both having full English options which was very delicious. Building is old Tudor style so lovely internal and external wood features but all mod cons available.

We were here for a wedding and found the hotel wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The venue has so much character and the building is fascinating with lots and lots of history. Would definitely visit again.
