pretty grotty run down area of town which is a shame as there are some really historic buildings.

Could be lovely with scope for some good independent shops - Recently refurbished, just need to get some retailers in now.

It's seen better days, but this is the shopping centre closest to the main bus station in Colchester and always has people in it. Lots of benches, and lots of shops.

Wilkinson, Poundland & Iceland plus plenty of security guards. Useful as close to bus stops.

Not the nicest part of Colchester but some good cheap stores in the shopping arcade.
This is one of the main bus stops in town and good to get to the centre and to Culver Square with ease.
