I visited store today and when I collected my item they didn’t even say hello, thanks or bye the the lady just said nothing. Very disappointed with my experience today

I'm well impressed by the products and the customer service received. This is a great place to get electronics, furnitures, jewellerys and much more.

Staff are rude and undertrained. Managers have no idea on retail law. Caught a manager point blank lying to a customer and to myself. Soon put right when I demanded to speak to the customer service line in-store. Low and behold the manager was trying to offer a gift card for his monumental screw up and plain cheek. Always a quewe and only go in there when I have too. I will use other Argos stores if and when I can
