Good place to buy baby clothes. Prices are expensive. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Car parking is free.

My wife and I have 3 children under 4 and have had several bad experiences at Mothercare Coventry during the last 4 years. Aside from a few friendly exceptions the customer service is consistently very poor, and I was particularly disappointed to find the store manager to be rude, defensive and unhelpful.
It's safe to say that we have learned our lesson and will never be shopping there again. There are better products more easily available and cheaper online, and there are better stores to spend you money in!

I arrived last thing New Years Eve to collect an order (a bugaboo pram/pushchair) and the store had already closed its doors while remaining customers made their way out. I Waved for their attention and told them I just wanted to collect a pram so I could take my 4 month old out for a walk. In true Christmas spirit they opened the door for me, fetched my order and helped me to my car. I am most grateful for their warm and friendly customer service. This is not a one off review though. It follows many other shopping trips to purchase everything our newborn could need. Staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable.
