Quick to take your money but when something goes wrong with an item you purchased They don't pick the phones up and are reluctant to give you your money back

The staff are rude. They too busy having their own conversations to help customers. I went in a few months ago to buy trainers for my kids. My son found a pair he liked. I checked the sizes on offer on the ticket. Then went to ask a member staff for the size I needed. Without even lifting his head or breaking his conversation. He told me we don't do that size. I said how do you know you haven't even looked at the shoe. Again I got we don't do it in a grunt. I really feel the shop assistant should have at least gone to check first. It's not the only time the staff have rude or acting inappropriate. Another when I was in store two members of staff were clearly flirting and getting a bit too touchy feely with each other. Not great for young children to see. I could go and on .But instead I have decided to spend a little more on my sports wear/ equipment and shop else where . So I get good customer service and treated with respect.

Waited 10 minuits at the tills only to be told returns upstairs! What a joke, the only sighn that tells u is half way up the stairs so when u walk in you dont see it and obv go for the closest till! Secondly they !!!!!DONT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR A REFUND!!!!! SO IF THEY GET UR MONEY U WONT BE SEEING IT AGAIN ! PISSTAKING JOKE OF A SHOP NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
