Really enjoyed shopping here today the choice was really good and nice age ranges, bit of a skeleton staff situation but understandable midweek. A very big store.

We visited to upgrade the car seat for our 10 month old. No staff to assist you with buying such a big thing (on a Friday) just one girl on the till with tattoos that looked half asleep at 10:15am. Got home to find that we would need a base for the car seat and had to go back the following day. Surely the girl on the till should have told us this or asked if we already had the base? Not very good customer service not even a apology the next day when I visited and explained the situation. Could do with some respectable customer service overall

A wealth of toys and games as you would expect, a large and well organised shop, the only problem is getting your child out of there!

Hard to navigate. Walk ways not big enough for pram. More arty type stuff would be good
