Today I popped into your shop and it was utter chaos by the self serve tills. There were baskets everywhere. They weren't stacked one inside the other, they were all empty around the floor. I had a trolley. I am also disabled. I couldn't get to a self serve till without moving around the baskets. I actually moved 5 baskets that were around the floor by just 1 till before I could use it. I stacked them one inside the other. I know it's the fault of lazy customers but it's not up to other customers to tidy them away. There were baskets in the middle of the floor and around other tills. Someone was working on the big till and I did ask him if someone could move the baskets. He said "I hope so". He couldn't do it as he was very busy. There was one member of staff sorting out the stupid self serve tills as they kept stopping but she was weaving in and out of the baskets not moving them. There was another member of staff behind the kiosk doing absolutely nothing. He could've sorted out the baskets. It wouldn't have taken a minute. It was a joke

👎Self serving machines never work and you can be waiting a little while for assistance. Bad customer service also.
