Impressed with what Homewares Asda had to offer. A well laid-out store with pleasant staff.

Quite a good shop. Clothes and home essentials like bedding etc. The usual good value as expected at Asda

Don't expect any help .absolute disgrace.bought a patio table set and chairs .(glass top) beautiful.it was quite windy went into kitchen.heard a smash and the glass had shattered.luckily the dogs had followed us in .the wind must have lifted the glass and when it came down it shattered.rang the store.to cut the story short.......not their problem.safety GLASS? Did not want to know at all.asked for contact where they got it from.....answer ...dont know!!eventually found out from manager and that was it.no apology.is it too much to expect if you buy something from a store you expect it to be SAFE? To be fair they cannot test every product and some products through no fault of theirs can be faulty.but to just say not our problem let's them off the hook with a lovely little profit and no responsibility whatsoever.
