The drive-thru here is an absolute joke. Takes around 15 minutes every time for food to be ready. Staff are rude and never apologise for the wait. Only ever visit here when in dire need of sustination and am always frustrated by the ridiculous wait times. I wouldn't mind so much if the staff had some haste about them, but when you can clearly see them chatting rather than working, it is beyond insulting. Restaurant is run down and needs refurbishing with one of the drive-thru windows being boarded up with cardboard (has been like this for at least 6 months)

Overpriced, bad service, was told to sit down so they'd bring the food to the table only to be shouted at to go and get it, food was pretty rank tbh! Still felt hungry after, and what sort of place has a security guard on a Sunday afternoon? This place does! Will not revisit

Probably the worst burger king you could ever expect to visit. The place itself is old and date and has not changed in the last 15 years. There is never anything ready when you order and it takes forever it's shocking to call this fast food. There is no grasp that lunch time is a busy time.

This is a franchise, but you can use the Burger King app to get discounts, which is good. The staff are helpful to a point, but often get orders wrong. Where in when a customer has to come back due to an issue they made her wait over 15 minutes to get it fixed. No one seems that bothered to help quickly. The food is sometimes cold but seem to be made fresh. The layout is a bit dated and they often run out of menu items. The toilets are not always the cleanest. They do deliver via the app but I would worry due to issues I've had with going into the restaurant.

Fast food....i think not. Took 15 mins to have order taken, despite there being the only. Customer at the counter. Food then took a further 20 minutes to arrive. No apology or explanation as to the wait. Asked for sauce to be told "we don't do it here." Will not be using again.
