Pleasant staff; the place desperately needs a refurbishment with new furniture (and critical repairs). Had steak, wouldn't recommend.

First time visiting a Harvester. I was pleasantly surprised to be honest. Good food and a decent pint to be had. Overall a great place for a quick meal

A member of staff refused to serve us as we waited to order our food. She abruptly cut us off mid sentence and beckoned her colleague to take our order.
We notice that the table who were seated some 10 minutes after our arrival had been served and their food arrived before ours.
When our food finally arrived it was mediocre to say the least.
We practically had to beg to get our dessert. It felt like we had to actually wait until Sunday to get our ice cream sundae.
Can't help but think this treatment was because of the the colour of our skin.
If it wasn't for Vytaute , Amy's treatment would have soiled the reputation of harvester.

Lovely restaurant for the chain, staff always very friendly and always good food. Unfortunately they had sold out of what I had chosen due to a large party at the time but my alternative meal was still very good. Salad bar and rolls always kept up to standard. Lovely restaurant will definitely return
