Lukewarm chips for a lunchtime session. Shop was empty, staff not engaged. Chips were lukewarm and soggy. What is it with chip shops in this area, all seem to provide barely warm food???

I have just been to Poseidon to get some food for myself and my family and it was absolutely heaving with people. Rightfully so as the food is brilliant but the service lacks as a result and when I got home i opened my large bag of chips and it was hardly a regular, let alone a large. Its not okay to fob people off with smaller portions when its busy. Absolutely appalling.

great hot food, lovely service from the girls. bit the two guts can be quite surly the way they serve you.
