We have stayed here previously and the location is great. The theatre is just around the corner, lots of places to eat and the car park is only a very short walk. If you're staying more than one night select a weekly ticket on the parking machine for £12 rather than £8 p 24 hours (better than the hotel discount!) Slightly let down on this visit as the rooms we were given (222/220) backed onto the gym and there were people there until 1030pm banging and crashing around which meant we didn't get a great night's sleep. It started again at 9am and continued so we did talk to reception who agreed to move us to a quieter room (310) which was in the middle of a corridor away from the main door and the gym adjoining wall. Staff always very welcoming and helpful.

After a very long day started at 5am I want to mention how good 2 of the staff in this premiere inn were - in a very busy restaurant and bar they remained extremely professional and helpful to a weary traveller: Jack and the other young lady working tonight (sorry I did not spot your name) the bar thank you! I hope your management spot this message as you deserve praise for your stellar Gard work

Great place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and bed really comfortable.

Parking for the hotel is a nightmare. Do not trust your sat nav. Otherwise the location is great, near to the theatre and some great places to eat. The hotel itself is one of those with security all over. While that it great for safety it does make you worry about the area. There are two small lifts for a 6 floor hotel, one of which was out of order. The staff seemed very friendly with each other but this did not make them seem very approachable.

Staying for 4 nights, currently on night two. Hotel is just like any other premier Inn Rooms have baths. Handwash and shower gel is provided.Televisions are not wide screen but older 4:3 format LCD screens and soon mall for size of rooms. Tea and coffee is provided. Some rooms have a linking door, this is locked unless specifically asked to be opened. Thus does mean sound proofing is reduced, noticed above as I have been woken at 1.30am by a conversation in the room next door. Upon arrival bin in room still had waste from previous occupant. This was corrected when room was made up next day so may have been a one off issue.
