Went in to order. No staff. Waiting. Banged the desk. No one. Waiting five minutes. Banged again. No one.

Lady in front of me walked out. So did I.
Bad service. Not returning.

Bad food. Everything is bland. The lady there is unfriendly. Plus they charge 30p for a squirt of ketchup that comes out of a bottle, not even a sachet. Avoid

I am fuming. My mum is housebound, so i went to treat her to some tea. The girl behind the counter treated me like filth. The chips were dry and old. The pasty was cold. Then after asking twice for a fish cake, there wasnt one when i got home. I felt so sorry for my mum. Just to think she was in charter ave in the war! The girl was dressed in scruffy track suit bottems, the owner couldnt have given a dam. I will go to elm tree or torrington ave next time, bad news. Dont go there, seriously.
