I posted the review below about a year ago. I just found out that as of 16/08/17 they now have a ZERO FOOD HYGIENE RATING!

Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls. They tasted awfull as the chicken was very undercooked and red raw in the center.
I've ordered the same meal from at least 10 other reasturants and have never been served raw food! Even had to argue to get a refund. Apparently it's a 'different type' of chicken.
By far the worst takeaway meal I've had in years.

Food was OK but their chips are vile. Floppy, undercooked and soggy. Used frequently in the past, never using again.

We have ordered twice now from this take out and it is by far the best Chinese food around Coventry. The delivery time is great and the food is fantastic, great tastes and flavours. Will definately be using these guys all the time.

This place is an absolute disgrace of an establishment. After ordering food, having a mix up and being told our food would arrive almost an hour late, we were then greeted with a call to say our food in fact was never on its way or even cooked. This mockery of a takeaway lied to us and said our food was out for delivery when in fact the ingredients had never even graced their respective frying pans in the kitchens. They had the cheek to only tell us this after 2 hours of waiting for our food and 6/7 phone calls (by which time all other Chinese takeaways were conveniently closed). I would never order from this place again or advise that anyone ever did as the establishment (or lack there of) treated us with utter disrespect and were deceitful and unapologetic when dealing with the issue. Utter disgrace of a takeaway.
