SUCH A STUPID TAXIS COMPANY……! THEY JUST ARBITRAGE CHARGE YOU WHEN THEY WANNA!! I MOVED OUT HOUSE AND CALLED 3 TIMES TAXIS AND FIRST TIME DRIVER CHARGE ME NORMAL AS METER. THEN LATER THEY CHARGE ME EXTRA 10 POUNDS WITHOUT ANY NOTICEMENT IN ADVANCE WHEN I CALLED TAXI. I REFUSED WHAT THEY ASKED COZ ITS UNFIRE WHICH LAST TIME MORE BAGS THEN THIS TIME BUT CHARGED EXTRA 10 POUNDS. WHAT IS REALLY TERRIBLE THING IS WHEN MY FRIENDS(LOCALS) CALL THEM THEY CHARGE NORMAL HOWEVER WHEN I CALL THEM WITH FOREIGN ACCENT, ALWAYS TREATED BY RUDE. Moreover, when I REFUSED the driver who wanna charge me extra 10 pounds, he just parked in front of my house and streaten me, call his company said dont send any TAXI to me at all…so bad and disgusting…they thing is when i called their office i need a big TAXI then they send me NORMAL one.... Extremely terrible…(some driver really good but almost is bad)
I will report it to my school and council then, dont use this company any more, all day gonna be destroied…

After working for over 14 hours I finally got back to Coventry hoping to get a taxi home at 3am. I rang up and asked for a taxi from the city centre and got told that I should flag one down, upon telling the woman that there were no taxis about, she hung up on me. The rudest service I've ever had.

Worst taxi experience ever! Informed driver beforehand that would need to get cash from a cashpoint on the way to my destination. Once at the cashpoint, the driver refused to let me out of the taxi and locked all the doors essentially trapping me, I told him he could come with me if he was worried about me doing a runner but he still insisted on keeping me locked in!! Had to ring my partner to get her to produce the cash upon arrival. He's lucky I didn't call the police!! I'd avoid this company like the plague!!!

Ridiculously Overpriced!!!
Was charged £21 to get from Cannon Park to city centre!!! It's a 3.5 mile drive!!! And the driver took the longest route possible!!! When asked the driver said he charged me triple fare!!! I'm pretty sure it's against the law for drivers to charge you at different rates. Will be investing this...This was the first and last time using this company!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!
