Awful, greasy food that they try to hide under gallons of BBQ sauce. The fries are truly nasty. The milkshakes were almost warm and over sweet. The restaurant itself looks tired and wasn't the cleanest. The pizzas did look good, but we won't be going back to find out.

More expensive than what I usually pay for a meal, but can definitely taste the quality, very very nice food. Looks small from the outside, we walked in and weren't sure if we found a seat ourselves or waited, but no one around so we sat down, only to be told that we need to be seated and were then taken to the back, where the restaurant opens up, and sat down. Food was really nice and came out quickly. Only slight gripe is that if you are served by someone then in my opinion that person should stick with you from start to end, when we asked for the bill another waitress brought it over.

I absolutely love coming to Little Frankies. Its a cosy but large restaurant, set away from the public. The food is always fantastic and I have become friends with many of the staff members now. Everything is always clean and staff are bubbly/friendly and always willing to help. I do suggest you try the milkshakes, they are lovely!!

Everything you would expect from a great venue; great food, great staff, excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Although this is part of a large chain the atmosphere and staff here made it feel like an independent venue (unlike our local F&B in Dorset). Get yourself the app for menus offers and deals..

I thought Little Frankies was spot on. The staff were attentive and friendly, about 20 mins for the food to arrive, the steaks were perfect and the surroundings very nice. In short, a lovely way to start an evening. We'll certainly pay another visit !
