Went here for food with my partner and family. We had some amazing food which was brought to us in under 20 minutes from ordering. It was beautifully cooked and the staff are amazing. Felt really looked after.

Food good, plenty on the menu, also light lunch if you wish. Children's play area with coin machines. Good parking. Very good for wheelchairs, prams.

Good food and friendly service. Although i when asked for a bit more blackcurrant in my wife's lager I was charged an extra tip. Rip off.

If you can be merely whelmed, the Merlin performs this task with perfect adequacy. It's an habitual Friday lunchtime haunt and it can get very busy. Usually when it does so, initial serving times go up and food quality suffers slightly. Don't let this put you off, though: staff are always smiling and happy and the food is never terrible - it's just rare that it's great :-)
