Amazing staff and a great place to chill. As of 21st July this starbucks closed, no thanks to Intu forcing them to move out the way for another restaurant. Hope the same staff come back one day.

Very cosy with good drinks. A nice place to catch up with friends as you don't feel pressured to leave. Great for all ages.

Just picked up two coffees at Intu Derby, what excellent consistent customer service from Wayne if anyone needs to learn about customer service take a visit and watch how it's done
