Really helpful. Managed to get me a van last minute and got a free upgrade to a medium size. Staff were lovely as well. It's a bit out of the centre but all rental firms in Derby are

Car had been washed but never wiped down after washing water streaks all over vehicle. Inside of vehicle had been cleaned but finger marks all over gps/radio screen and smears from whatever wipes had been used to clean dash and surround

so disappoint I have hired a car for 4 days (for £52). Got a penalty of £ 35 because I stopped on a restricted bus stop/ bus stand.
Hertz charged me £77 because One of the conditions of rental is that if Hertz is required
to pay and/or process road tolls, fines, charges or associated costs, they
may charge you with the amount we are required to pay plus an
administration charge for doing so.
According to the call centre it’s written on the contract thus I have to pay for that and that administration fee of £42 is reasonable.
I don’t find it reasonable to be honest but I leave it to you… BE CAREFUL
