Took 30 mins for a store advisor to talk to me then when someone finally did they didn't have the shoes in the size I needed. Wasted at least 25 mins of my time worst service I've received 3 staff standing around at the till twiddling thumbs. Don't waste your time going there worst service received

An absolute wast of time found the shoes I wanted and it was reduced turend out they only had the one odd shoe. What a wast of time

Used to love this shop, but staff are unhelpful and never have the shoes/trainers needed, had a wait of 25mins to be told trainers are out of stock, this place has gone rite down, staff are,nt interested in custoner care

Don't bother trying to speak to a manager as it turns out their job role is to speak as rudely as possible and pretend they actually know what the data protection law is!
Instore order to be delivered home but they noted the wrong name and address. Now I can't call and pretend to be the person they've made up but somehow I've got to Magic them up, as they'll only speak to them.
If you like a product and can purchase it in store, go for it. Don't sign up for it being ordered, just go back and try again... if you think they're worth it!

Absolutely disappointing experience as I had never received service of such utter rudeness before. I was not given the opportunity to get a refund on an item bought just a mere day before. As if this incident couldn't have worse. I was also confronted by an apalling staff member. If I could go into minuses I would after this bad bad visit.
