Since it became haven it's gone massively downhill you can never get an appointment.

By far the worst doctors ever! No one ever answers the phone and if they do there's never an appointment so you have to call back the next etc due to these being a complete waste of time myself and partner have been ill on occasion and preferred to go hospital!! Truly terrible service

Just phoned to book an appointment for anytime this week/ sometime next week. Fully booked! All you can do is phone the next day in the hopes of getting chance that day (I phoned 30mins after lines open and all had already gone) Save your time and just go to the hospital. Disgraceful

Poor service. Told no pre bookable appointments for nurse practitioner, following week told pre bookable appointments come out every other day at 11am but be no appointments due to being bank holiday! People don't stop requiring primary care services just because it is a bank holiday it is ridiculous.

The service is shocking, how is it on 3 separate occasions I either rang 41, 34 or 21 times starting from the 5th April. The last time they tell me I should have rang earlier or booked my matter a month in advanced?? I thought there were only a week in advanced bookings? When I finally get through they say no appointments till the 18th April? My matter had to be sorted by the 17th and they knew that.. they said keep ringing people cancel, so I ring and they give me an appointment for the 11th April. I walk there for them to tell me the nurse is sick (fair enough) then they lied and tried to tell me they rang? She then said no appointments can be booked till the 19th April in osmanton.. do I go there? No I go keldholme lane. Bunch of tossers
