Stayed for one night, B&B, I would comfortable say we dont get the same quality in London. Everything was neat and tidy, clean sheets, towels and duvet, complimentary drinks, free milk on request, a nice small fridge, ironing board, sports channels, hair dryer, indoor pool and a very well equipped gym.

We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner included. We feel received great value for money as the meals were brilliant and the service in the restaurant was excellent, in particular José. Thank you for a great weekend.

An OK stay with a few niggles. Biggest was that the spa pool was out of order and there were over excited kids in the pool. Also in the pool was an earring or pin which my wife stood on - ouch! Shower in room was feeble too. Breakfast was fine apart from the black pudding which had the consistency of charcoal briquettes.

Booked a suite for 78 guests (Limousin Cattle breeders club) last night and in adjacent suite another function (wedding party) for similar no. of people only to find the bar was not staffed when we arrived and had to use main bar where only 1 member of staff working. Shocking service, particularly as we had reserved 14 bedrooms and thus entire value of our booking (including drinks) must have been c £5k. Meal was ok/good but my main course had been served whilst I was getting drinks in and someone from our table came to take over after eating his, so I could have my main course. - that's how slow the bar service was.

Nice impartial hotel. 24hr room service menu limited. Seating on balconies would be good. Exterior decor needs a lick of paint and flowers in the flower boxes. 11am check out room maids eager outside door. But overall a nice hotel does what it says on the tin. Staff helpful. Nice views good location.
