Took my daughter yesterday she's been before and loves it but yesterday she was on the trampolines for about ten minutes then caught her foot and fell wrong one trip to A and E she's now having to walk with a Zimmer frame and has to go back in a few weeks not the day out I had planned for my kids but staff there were amazing they looked after her I was struggling to get a taxi to take my daughter hospital they carried her out to one of there cars and took us all to the hospital most respect for that my daughter was in alot of pain her ankle like a tennis ball she couldnt walk the staff did everything they could to help not many places do that shes now laid up on the sofa waiting to get better cos she wants to go again I'm not so sure

Great fun. Can get very very busy and parking can be difficult on site. But the facilities are great fun! Safe secure and the kids loved it!

Took 2 kids (10 and 7) on a rainy Saturday, it was quite busy but there were plenty of enthusiastic staff around to cope. Kids loved it, lots of different activities to keep them amused for a couple of hours. Parking was free but not many spaces. The cafe is small but well presented and the food is basic but tasty and realistically priced.

It was very slow getting in. Had to be kept waiting while people paid/had vouchers confirmed & filled in waivers. Then had to do the same. Needs a re-think on this system. Good staff, viewing area very stuffy. Air con could be better but the children enjoyed it, and that was the point of going.

The place was ok and lots of room to bounce and the kids loved it. However the catering side wasn't so nice. The hot chocolate tasted like dirty water and the lady sat on the table next to us said her coffee was the same
