Great gym with free parking, good facilities including a pool, hot tub and suna..... Dedicated free weights area down stairs with machines and studo upstairs, friendly staff and crowd.....

Shocking..super rude staff, cold showers, when equipment is broken stays that way for weeks, never made to feel welcome..never going back

Changing rooms are really run down, the shower area smells, many showers were broken and have been repaired badly, the pool is good, but the room it is in is far too hot all the time

Just joined and all staff have been friendly and attentive. First gym I've been to and no feelings of intimidation. Highly recommended.
