I would recommend Talita to anyone needing help or guidance with injuries or personal training . I have been twice to see Talita , once for problems with my left knee and the second for help following a Broken fibula. On both occasions she provided excellent guidance and I swiftly recovered from both injuries.
I hope that I won't need to call on her again but should I need to I will not hesitate in giving her a call !

I first went to see Talita 18 months ago with terrible back pain. After the first visit there was a drastic reduction in pain. All this due to her excellent care and communication. There is always time spent discussing how much pain if any I have had since the previous visit and how well I've succeeded in managing the exercises I had been set. Can't recommend her enough.

Talita is a fantastic physiotherapist, she has helped numerous occasions to correct my posture by providing me with lots of exercises to help with that since i have been seing Talita for treatment my posture has become alot better. Talita knows her stuff & would recommend her to anyone who feels the need to see a physio!!

My second visit to Talita, this time treatment for neck/shoulder injury. Once again Talita worked her magic and resolved my pain, and also gave good advice on exercise/stretching techniques.
A great physio who really knows her stuff - highly recommend to anyone.
