I'm a regular customer and although I'd already experienced a rude driver obviously not wanting to help me with my 6 month old daughter and push chair out the cab, I still gave them benefit of the doubt and reused them but today.. the cab I ordered never showed and when I rang i was told it had collected me and was made out to be lying when I was still sat on the seat I'd phoned from.. the lady was so rude on the phone and before hanging up on me, abruptly told me she would send another.. well let's just say I didn't wait to find out if it turned up.. not interested.. I waited over an hour for my husband to finish work instead to collect me.. totally disgusted..

Disgusting service . They should be closed down. Rude drivers, late if they bother to turn up at all . Will seek other companies .
They certainly do not like the elderly at all. Charge what they want it's not consistant at all.
Maybe the council should read the reviews or attempt to book a car especially one that requires a wheelchair . You ring up to ask where the taxi is its 'sorry love they are on the way '
Don't bother using this company they could not care less about people at all .

Awful service! Ordered a taxi to take me to work one morning, pre-booked it in plenty of time and was told it was absolutely fine and one would be with me at the time I booked for. Taxi never turned up and when I called to ask where it was a very rude woman on the end of the phone told me all the taxis were busy with school runs and they'd try to get one out eventually. Didn't even apologise or seem to think there was anything wrong with this. Avoid!

Used 75 taxies today 31stAug 2017 to take mum to the Kings Treatment Centre and return home. No problems. 10 minutes late , but I'd allowed extra time just in case. Picked up from hospital within 10 minutes of calling. Very curious and helpful driver.
Have used them before and have no reservations about using them again.

Absolutely disgusted at the way we were treated by your taxi firm today! My elderly Grandad rang at 8:30am this morning to prebook a wheelchair capable taxi for 12:30pm for my Grandmother to attend an appointment at the Royal Derby Hospital (which he clearly stated on the phone). At roughly 12:40pm there was no sign of the taxi so I rang to check it had been booked properly to which I was told it was and that the taxi was around the corner. It definitely wasn't as I had to ring a further 3 times to be told the exact same thing and by 1pm having meaning we'd been waiting outside for half an hour there was still no sign of the taxi! I then had to ring around several different taxi firms to see if they had anything so we would make the important appointment on time. My Grandmother suffers from Alzheimer's as well as lack of mobility hence needing a specialised taxi. The whole ordeal left my Grandmother very distressed. We had no real apology and we're totally fobbed off. This is such bad service and not once were your customers or bookings a priority. Having googled the best place to write a complaint it seems we aren't the only ones who have had a bad experience and I'm left wondering how you are even still running a company! For anyone reading, avoid at all costs!!!!!
