Cannot fault the service we received in store after there was a problem with a hamster we had bought. Vet sorted immediately at no cost, distraught child given the information, details and TLC she needed and a caring staff who met our every need. Kathy the deputy manager was particularly brilliant.

I'm an owner of six beautiful danios and I'd love to say that as I got my old fish here it was a great experience, however, unknowingly we bought the wrong combination of fish and we weren't informed this was sad but with our newer fish whom are four and are still fast and happy we were given alot of advice and if I had to rate this place out of ten, definitley an 8.5. Great staff throughout and a wide range of animals makes this place awesome. And every fish/reptile/mammal there is healthy and well looked after.
