There is a strange "first day at school" feeling to your initial walk through the doors at WCCF, the fear of the unknown I guess. But the coaches are friendly and really passionate about helping you move the weights / perform the movements efficiently and effectively. You'll find everyone else there positive and encouraging, cheering you on to succeed. It's hard, really takes you to your limits and when you can finally move again you'll want to rush back for more.

Absolutely love it! Bit dubious at first when starting out but the coaches quickly settled any nerves and are truly excellent will always put ypur safety first! the atmosphere is always great! It's very addictive 🖒🖒🖒🖒

really enjoy going here, doesn't matter how I'm feeling always feel better when i leave. the atmosphere is always top notch and everyone is really friendly. Most importantly the coaching is absolutely top notch. Always tweeking movements to make any movement easier. Would recommend this to anyone

Been Crossfiting here for over three years and this place is truly something. Coaches are just amazing and have the best experience to guide you to perfect technique. Plus they're awesome down to earth people and I haven't met anyone in the place that I have not gotten on with. A truly wonderful community where working out is made fun through the encouragement of others. Would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something new, try a new crossfit box, or wanting to just enjoy their spare time. It's had a huge impact on my life so go and give it a try!

excellent facility, great community atmosphere, the coaches are passionate about teaching and take a real interest in each individuals needs.
As somebody from out of town working in Dover short term I still felt that Ben and his coaches put 100% into the sessions with me.
I would recommend white cliffs crossfit to anybody
