Helpful competent staff. Good clean car. For American visitors, don't expect express show and go style service. Leave some extra time for paperwork.

This is my go-to place in Edinburgh for car hire even if the location isn't the lost convenient for me. The staff are consistently great and the kind of place that relies on repeat customers rather than the places that can burn through one-off tourist trade. Highly recommend
