T0eh van hire was fine, very convenient, nice van. However, we happened to encounter a problem during the hire. Totally our fault, but we hit a bin. This caused a scratch on the van. I came clean to Pixo, we said we would pay of the damage, but requested that a) we were told how much it would cost and b) that we could spread the cost and so it wouldn't just be taken out of our account. Basic requests. However, I heard nothing and thought, as it was just a scratch, we could clean that up easily, maybe they have just let it slide. But no, they have taken A LOT of money from my account, without any warning. No invoice, no explanation, not even a telephone call to explain why that amount of money was required to repair a scratch. Utter chancers. Totally underhanded.

We needed a van last minute due to a breakdown of our own van, one quick call and we had a replacement van delivered to us within a short space of time.

Couldn't fault them if I tried. Price was great for a weekend rental. Delivery and collection was prompt. staff very friendly.
