Great service, clean vehicles, good support! Used them on 2 occasions on my summer vacations, had no cause for complaints. In fact, the second time when my booked vehicle was not available, I was given an upgrade.

Take your money elsewhere. I reserved a car through this company a month in advance for my honeymoon, showed up on time to pick it up and found out they had given it somebody else. They were completely unapologetic about the situation, and refused to offer me a discount for the "upgrade" they were giving me instead, since it was an "upgrade." It was a minivan. I had reserved a two seater fiat to explore the Scottish country side with my wife and they gave us a citroen picasso that sat eight. Not really the kind of foreshadowing you want on your honeymoon, and not really the kind of car you want to learn how to drive on the other side of the road in either. I won't ever do business with this company again, and would encourage that anybody who appreciates customer service and competitive pricing do the same.

Rented from SixT for a total of 7 days, had a wonderful experience with them. Dealt with Miss Peacock and Mr Arturo who were very helpful and made the experience an amazing one! Do not read those bad reviews as most of the time these people are the ones who have done something to the car and want to make it seem like they are innocent. Sixt has fantastic prices and have an even better service, would definitely use them again!
