I PURCHASED A HILKA HEAVY DUTY 8 DRAWER TROLLEY WITH LID STORAGE ON 26 JULY 2017 FOR HOME DELIVERY.
GOODS WERE FOUND TO BE FAULTY AND ARGOS ARRANGED FOR SAME TO BE COLLECTED WHICH WAS DONE 16 AUGUST 2017 BY A THIRD PARTY.
ARGOS ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS WERE COLLECTED AND BACK WITH THEM BUT STILL NO REFUND AS OF TODAY 18 OCTOBER 2017.
I HAVE PHONED ARGOS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS REGARDING THIS AND EACH TIME I AM TOLD CREDIT WILL BE IN YOUR ACCOUNT IN 5 - 7 DAYS.
HOW LONG HAVE I TO WAIT FOR THIS CREDIT.
VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

This store just close before 6 pm today. The staff that were at the door didn't give me any reason. Bad costumer service.. All the staff appeared to be inside doing other things.. Took a photo of the moment.

The staff here always excell in excellent customer service. The products I require are usually in stock. A few more staff on the checkouts wouldn't go amiss though.

Reserved item out of stock, so pick-up effort wasted. I reserved an item online for in-store payment. A text message arrived soon confirming item ready for collection at this store. I went to the store within specified pick-up period. The staff checked my confirmation text, took the payment, and had me waiting for my order. When I was called to the counter for collection, I was told they could not locate the item I reserved and just paid for. After 10 min searching, they concluded that the item was out of stock and decided to refund me. When I asked for an explanation for reserved item being out of stock, they said that although the item was reserved in the system, it was not physically reserved in the store! I just realised how ridiculously my time and effort in collecting this reserved item was wasted. The staff were kind and friendly though.
