Great swimming costumes for a reasonable price. I usually have trouble finding ones that fit me and offer proper support, but Bravissimo's costumes were perfect. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable; I left very happy with my purchase.

The staff was friendly but let me keep to my own! I ended up trying on most bras in my size or sister size! Great bra shopping experience!

The Edinburgh store was really great. I had to come back the next day for a scheduled fitting, but there's a good reason why! A lovely lady looked at the fit of my current bra, asked me questions about the types of bra I like, right down to my favourite bra colour! She proceeded to bring out bra after bra, and pointed out the fit issues on some, and told me when one was fitting perfectly. I must have tried on at least 20 bras, and the woman never seemed bored or tired with constantly running around to find different sizes. The sales staff are definitely well trained, polite, and organised.
I was a little afraid that after giving me so many to try on, I would be pressured to purchase one or more of these bras, but no! When I had decided that I had more than enough well-fitting ones, the lady took out the ones that weren't a good fit, and left me alone to try them on again. She simply said to take any I wanted to the till, and to leave any I didn't in the room. It was very relaxed. In the end, I came out with a very comfortable blue bra four cup sizes larger than the one I came in with.
I only have one critique. I'm going to have to go back to get a t-shirt type of bra. Once it became clear that a particular type of full-cup, unpadded bra fit me quite well, all the rest I tried were very similar, and I'd like to get a bra that I can wear with low-necked clothing that gives good cleavage. They want you to find the perfect fit, and in that they succeeded. But that goal does cut into the range of bras that are handed to you! The bra I bought has a very long centre gore (which makes it very supportive and comfortable), which separates my boobs and comes up too high for an evening dress or similar (it would be visible). It's a delightful everyday bra, I just need to go back with the aim of getting a bra with moulded cups and slightly less coverage, maybe a plunge!

Excellent service, great quality, wouldn't shop anywhere else for bras. The staff are very friendly and put you at ease.

Bravissimo were good before they started making their own bras. The quality is just not the same as Fantasie and since they started making their own bras they tend not to have stock of anything else. Furthermore they are not up to date with the latest brands because they seem happy to push their own.
Problem is that if what they suggest doesn't work they make you feel like you have tried every bra available in the UK and you are hopeless. They collectively make you feel hopeless, nice people, but clearly inexperienced and limited by their own products.
The reality however is that if you go to FigLeaves or Simply Be you will get access to an amazing choice, in amazing sizes and really good supportive properly made bras.
If like me you make the effort to go to Bravissimo and leave with nothing, feeling like it was the worst decision you've made in a long time, go and look at Elomi, Goddess and Fantastie bras online. Bravissimo is really over hyped and nothing special in my view!
