It is a nightmare dealing with this company. The Schoolblazer website is very frustrating, their 'intelligent' size guide is not worth the effort and it is not possible to order online and swap sizes thereafter in the store. Postage is expensive, excess label purchase annoying and there are often stock issues. I know of no other parent at our school who would rate them higher than one star. I'd avoid them if possible. Dealing with Clanhouse was a joy in comparison.

Poor service, uninterested, unhelpful, unfriendly and untrained staff. It was a good shop with a good range of clothing and bags when it was Clan House but it's utterly terrible as schoolblazer.
