Left a message for the Dp department on Saturday, re a top that I'd seen in there the week before , but nobody bothered to get back to me , called them back again today , to see if they could either post out the top or send it to their Glasgow store, they said that they couldn't do either. They said that the only way I'd get it is if I came into the store. I live over 100 miles away..great customer services ! If I was willing to pay for the top and the postage . .what's the problem?!

The kind of place your female partner loves while you hate. Dragged round an infuriating layout whereby having to go through each department for the next elevator and with hardly any seats for the assembled awkward line of men outside the female changing rooms. Stand by the window instead for a nice view of the castle. Or just wait outside.

I didn't know that Debenhams did their own brand of bras/lingerie called Gorgeous. I found fabulous & pretty bras. My size is often not catered for and usually very expensive. Debenhams on Princes St will now be my go to place. Also Jessica who served me was helpful & ordered me the ones I liked which weren't in-store in my size & will be delivered to my home. Great service. Thank you Debenhams. I'm so happy 😁

I love this store, it's laid out well and staff always on hand to help. I could spend hours here. The patisserie Valerie cafe on the second floor is amazing.
