Lovely big room but in need of modernisation. Very comfortable though. Cooked breakfast great but wasn't impressed with fruit and cheese selection. In a good area handy for shops and restaurants although a bit further away from zoo and centre than we expected.

Lovely place. Large, clean rooms in good condition. Friendly staff and great location as airport and express busses stop just outside.

Very comfy and cozy. This is a nice little hotel with very friendly staff. Very easy bus access and only a few minutes bus ride to the airport.

This hotel is a joke.
No hot water in bathroom.
We were placed in a room (No.1) adjacent to main entrance door where all guests come and go.
We were provided with the noise of guests coming in at the early hours.
We were also provided with the noise of guests leaving at 5 am in the morning. So we got no sleep during our stay.
Breakfast was sub standard and wife left half of her full English.
Not a happy stay.
