I attended a professional event here and was very impressed with the whole day. Food was delicious and though there were around 300 people it went flawlessly. Classy decor throughout. Great location close to Haymarket station too.

My favourite hotel in Edinburgh. Central, modern, amazing facilities, brilliant staff.
As a business traveller I see many different hotels, and this is my #1. The beds are to die for, I miss them when I am at home. The rooms themselves are very well equipped with a number of nice touched that make life easier. Great bathroom and shower.
The One Spa is awesome, relaxing in the Hydropool outdoors on the roof is the best way to end a day!
But every single member of staff I have ever dealt with in my 16 weeks of staying has been friendly, professional, caring, and always gone the extra mile to make my stay. Can't recommend it enough

Incredible experience from start to finish, delectable cocktails, delicious food and brilliant staff! Definitely a five star weekend spent in beautiful surroundings, view of castle from room, quality Scottish breakfast and top quality service from an excellent team - Jessica from the restaurant topped off the whole stay with her constant friendly smile and always wanting to go that extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. Will not hesitate to return to this absolute gem of a hotel!

Very friendly staff. I will improve with a nice Good morning, afternoon, etc. from the restaurant staff.
Rooms are very nice, clean, and quiet. We stayed at the 7th floor and the view was very nice.
Location is great, you can walk everywhere from here. We made it to the Castle in 15min.
I will definitely come back to this place.

Great rooms and high standard. Quiet hotel despite central location, some rooms offer a view towards the Castle. Very friendly and attentive staff. Spa is one of the better ones. Will happily return!
