Charming hotel B&B across the street from Royal Botanical Gardens. Great breakfast and fabulous manager. Clean and friendly. The only reason not a 5 star is lack of electrical outlets and few TV stations.

Nice hotel located about 20min walk from the town centre, but there are good bus links if you don’t want to walk.
Manager is very friendly and will ask questions to make sure you get a yummy breakfast!
Rooms are nicely decorated but bathrooms are a bit dated. Why no shower gel??
Hot breakfast is included (Scottish, vegetarian or porridge) and cooked on request!

Very nice hotel near the botanical garden with a very friendly staff. Unfortunately the place is a bit far away from everything else, there is not a lot of restaurants or pubs nearby.
The rooms are rather big and quite cozy, but the bathroom was a bit dated and no shower gel was provided.
The breakfast was a very good portion and you can choose from various options. Full Scottish breakfast is served with haggis, but they have more traditional porridge and vegan breakfast too.
Overall, a nice place so stay, recommended!

Nice hotel, lady was lovely and very attentive especially as she was all on her own. only note I would say is tv's should be positioned differently in poster bed rooms and glass worktops for the dressers should be cleaned underneath, you could see tons of dirt and dust on the table. otherwise a lovely stay and I would stay there again. Good food as well thankyou

Very helpful and friendly staff, who gave us recommendations on where to eat in the evening too. Nice room, very quiet during the night and just round the corner from the Botanic Gardens. Good breakfast too.
