Classes there are very helpful for releasing stress. Sam guides the sessions according to the attendants' levels, and she also leads different styles of yoga in a great way. She explains step by step all the asanas, and adapts the directions individually so that anyone may join the yoga. Timetables are also adapted to attendants' needs.

Teacher gives me great support. Helps me to get deep into the stretching while supporting the needs of my back. Always feel great after the class!!!

Have been going to Sam's Ashtanga yoga for a couple of months now and I find the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable and to a great extent spiritual.
I have been hoping to develop my inner sense of self and space through yoga and Sam's yoga class has provided me exactly this opportunity. I believe life experiences is how we all individually make of it and Sam's yoga class has become an essential channel in facilitating me to achieve that good life experience.
