Good for a steam and relaxing time in the heat rooms and an ice bath to dunk yourself in, being quite busy and public not the cleanest but worth going, bring your flip flops!

Lovely setting on the beach. Pool is in an old Victorian building. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pools and changing rooms are clean. There is a balcony over the 25 metre pool for viewing swimming sessions. Disabled access with a ramp outside.

I love this place. Really enjoy a Wednesday evening swim which is ladies only. The Turkish bath is very relaxing and make a me feel like I'm on holiday. Staff are friendly, gym well equipped. View from studio and cafe are beautiful. Improvement I would make is cleaner changing facilities.
